Default How to start a gree web hosting service.
I would like to start a free web hosting service and I want to know what are the requirements needed for this type of service and what will be the budget for this?. Please let me know what are mandatory things needed.

Consider having at least a VPS account for this service. Also you must spell out your terms of service like what sites to be hosted. If you are deficient technically you may like to get a managed server to save you all the trouble of maintenance. For the budget I think it may cost at least $200 monthly.
