also new to accuwebhosting

i figure that i would post here and see if a can get some feed back i just purchased my server space on late friday night early saterday morning but have yet to recieve my "welcome to accuwebhosting" email with all my user/password info in it or even account # the only email i did recieve was 1 to go to my bill info but that's it i'm very ready to start building and uploading my website but i can't do anything till i can get my info is there another link that i can go to to get all my info or talk to someone that can point me in the right direction thanks for the help, Rayson
