Hello All, One need to perform below mentioned steps to insert news on Kayako helpdesk - hosting support helpdesk: 1) Login into helpdesk. 2) Click on News Tab. 3) Click on insert news. 4) Insert requires details: * News Subject* Description* News Type [Public, Private]* Expiration [Optional field set]* Contents* Send Email [yes/no – Radio Button]* Custom Email subject* From Name* From Email address* Template Group 5) Click on insert news button to add it.
